Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your item within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following:
 • Perishable goods (e.g, food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
 • Intimate or sanitary products.

Additional non-returnable items:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products

To complete your return, please provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1. Double-check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted.
3. Contact your bank, as there may be some processing time.

Sale Items

Sale items can only be refunded if they are defective or damaged. Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at einstyloteam@gmail.com and send the item to the return address provided.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you after the return is processed.

If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Costs


If your item arrived to you defective or damaged then we will send you a shipping label to send us the item back at no cost to you.


For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
